The 2025 China Bowling Tour and the 7th China Hefei Bowling Tournament concluded successfully on June 22nd at the Anhui Bowling Stadium in Hefei. As the first stop of the tour, it attracted 337 athletes from 26 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across China, as well as Hong Kong and Macau.
The China Bowling Tour aims to promote the popularization and development of bowling nationwide, enhance the competitive level of bowling, and provide a professional platform for bowling enthusiasts to showcase their skills. This year's tour adopts an open registration mechanism and an innovative competition system, breaking the traditional flight arc grouping.
In the Open Group, a ladder-style one-game knockout was adopted. The winners advanced. The 6th, 7th, and 8th ranked players in the qualifying round competed first; the winner challenged the 4th and 5th ranked players, and the winner of that match challenged the 2nd and 3rd ranked players, and so on. The advancing players then challenged the first-ranked player in the qualifying round, leading to the final match for the championship.
